REQUIREMENTS

At the time of enrolment, participants must be 12 -17 years of age, register online, complete the SF Junior Deputy Academy application, and Submit a copy of the most recent report card or progress report indicating a minimum 2.75 G.P.A. (C+/B- Grage Point Average) with the application. All Parents or guardians must attend the required orientation with their child.

CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION: I hereby authorize the San Francisco Junior Deputy Program to charge my credit or debit card according to the payment plan identified above for the purpose of paying for all expenses that shall not be limited to tuition fees, application fees, convenience fees, uniforms, equipment, and supplies. I agree that my credit card will automatically be billed on or by the payment due dates. I have read the aforementioned and understand and fully agree that all/any charges are non-refundable, and this authorization will remain in full force until the total amount of my financial obligation is fulfilled. I agree that in the event that any charges are denied by the credit card/debit institution identified above for any reason, I will be notified and obligated to pay by other means within three days of such notice. I understand that I will be financially responsible for the payment of late fees and/or penalty fees should the institution assess such charges to San Francisco Junior Deputy Program.
